Sidaya Pharma Wins Two Bronze Awards at the 2026 Career Show Awards
Sidaya Pharma won two bronze awards at this year’s Career Show Awards, which recognize best practices and innovative approaches to attracting, retaining, and developing employees in Bulgaria. The company was recognized in the “Benefits Strategies” and “Coolest Office” categories, standing out among more than 300 entries.
In the “Benefits Strategies” category, Sidaya Pharma was recognized for its regional Sidaya Club program - a comprehensive strategy focused on employee care, development, and belonging, implemented across Bulgaria, Romania, North Macedonia, and Albania. The program brings together more than 20 initiatives covering different aspects of employees’ lives, including health, professional and personal development, family, education, and social responsibility.
At the heart of Sidaya Club is the understanding that employees are more than their professional roles. Each person brings their own interests, goals, and experiences as a parent, volunteer, learner, and active member of society. The benefits program is also closely aligned with the company’s corporate values - Democracy, Human-Centered Approach, Efficiency, and Rediscovery - turning these principles into tangible actions.
The second bronze award, in the “Coolest Office” category, recognizes a work environment designed not simply as a functional space, but as a reflection of the company’s culture, values, and vision. People are at the heart of the concept, while Sidaya Pharma’s four corporate values are also reflected in the interior, with a dedicated room named after each one.
The office combines open workspaces with natural light, areas for collaboration, meeting rooms, a library, and spaces for focused work. A special place is reserved for the “Forest” room, which creates a natural link to Sidaya Pharma’s ESG strategy and its commitment to investing 10% of its profits in purchasing and preserving forests.
Art is also an integral part of the office environment. Works by artist Philip Petrov bring Sidaya Pharma’s ideas of innovation, technology, and smart distribution to life, contributing to the space’s distinctive character.
