Sidaya Pharma joins Manager for a Day for the second consecutive year

 
What does it take to build a successful business? How do people from different teams work together? And what can young people learn from real business situations? 

For the second consecutive year, Sidaya Pharma is taking part in Manager for a Day, the annual educational initiative organized by Junior Achievement Bulgaria. 

The initiative gives students and young people over the age of 16 the opportunity to spend a day in the real business world, meet experienced professionals, and explore different career paths. 

This year, participants will have the chance to learn from three Sidaya Pharma mentors – Yulia Ushovska, Director of Human Resources, Veselina Ginova, General Manager of Sidaya Pharma Bulgaria, Ivaylo Chakarov, Global Sales Director, Svetoslav Tcekov, Business Development Director. Through real case studies from Sidaya Pharma’s day-to-day work, participants will gain a better understanding of how people, knowledge and teamwork contribute to the development of a successful business. 

Each mentor will share a different perspective on the world of work, helping participants see how different teams and areas of expertise come together to achieve common goals. At Sidaya Pharma, we believe that meeting experienced professionals and seeing how business works in practice can help young people make more informed decisions about their future. 

By sharing knowledge and experience, we hope to encourage curiosity, inspire new ideas and show that every career journey starts with the willingness to learn.
