We are currently looking for a dedicated, proactive, and analytical individual to join our Finance team as a:
Treasury and controlling specialist
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize company cash flow and liquidity.
• Develop and maintain effective cash management processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and operational efficiency.
• Prepare accurate and timely cash flow and working capital reports for senior management.
• Monitor currency exchange rates and proactively communicate significant fluctuations to management.
• Execute and oversee payment transactions for all entities within the group across Bulgaria, Romania, and North Macedonia.
• Manage and continuously enhance the Payhawk financial system.
• Ensure timely and accurate management of accounts payable processes.
• Participate in integration processes between Treasury and Purchasing departments.
• Oversee factoring operations and manage cash forecasting.
• Establish robust planning processes for both incoming and outgoing cash flows.
Qualifications Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in treasury, payments, or accounting roles.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, particularly related to payment processes.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work proactively and independently, while being a strong team player.
• Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
