Quality Management Systems Specialist – Sidaya Pharma Bulgaria

We execute full distribution and business development services in four Southeast European countries. We provide the 4 most important features for successful distribution and brand building: Logistics & Warehouse, Sales, Marketing, and medical teams. Sidaya Pharma helps businesses across Europe to reach their objectives in a fast and efficient way. We are now looking for a dedicated and skilled Quality Management Specialist with a strong background in conducting audits and deep expertise in ISO 9001, ISO13485 and GDP standards. What will you be doing?

• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality documentation. Prepare comprehensive SOPs & reports on audit findings, trends, and areas for improvement.
• Manage documentation related to the QMS, including policies, procedures, and records.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in processes, systems, and quality management practices and work collaboratively to implement enhancements.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure that quality standards are understood and integrated into all aspects of operations.
• Conduct Quality Audits: Plan, schedule, and execute regular internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO13485 and GDP standards.
• Stay updated with changes in relevant standards and regulations and ensure that the QMS is updated accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Experience in conducting audits and quality management.
• Knowledge and experience with ISO 9001, ISO13485 and GDP
• Analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and effective communication skills.
• Degree in pharmacy, chemistry, biotechnology or similar
• Experience in the field of pharmaceutical manufacturing is an advantage
• Fluency in English
