Our team in North Macedonia is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join our team in Skopje as

National Sales Manager

Role summary:

· Coordinates the work of the Medical Team in the country.

· Coordinates the effective work of the office staff and the warehouse.

· Accompanies the team of sales/medical representative in the field, periodically.

· Continuously collaborates with the sales representative of the distributors in North Macedonia.

· Presents the company’s products to the local market.

· Responds and communicates with local authorities on all issues related to documents and permits necessary for the company to operate in the local market.

· Negotiating with potential partners to improve the company’s presence and brand image on the market.

· Adapts personal style and knowledge to create value and customer commitment.

· Achieving sales targets monthly.

· Knowing and following the procedures established in the company.

· Monitors and analyses market processes in the region.

· Prepares regular reports on sales.

· Building and maintaining corporate and product image and loyalty.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

· University Degree. Advantage for the position is Master’s degree in Pharmacy;

· Excellent communication and presentation skills;

· Positive thinking, self-discipline, effective time management, enthusiasm, desire to learn and develop;

· Negotiation skills and building long-term relationships with clients;

· Competency in understanding the complexity of markets, products, relationships, and the medical and pharmaceutical industry;

· Adaptability and flexibility;

· English language;

· Computer literacy – MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

· Valid driver’s license, category B
