National Medical Manager

Role summary:

• Мanages a team of professionals;
• Coordinates the work of the Medical Team in the country.
• Accompanies the team of medical representative in the field, periodically.
• Continuously collaborates with the sales managers in the country.
• Monitors and analyses market processes in the country.
• Achieving sales targets monthly.
• Prepares regular reports on sales.
• Presents the company’s food supplements to the local market.
• Negotiating with potential partners to improve the company’s presence and brand image on the market.
• Building and maintaining corporate and product image and loyalty.
• Knowing and following the procedures established in the company.
• Adapts personal style and knowledge to create value and customer commitment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• University Master Degree. Advantage for the position is master’s degree in pharmacy/medicine.
• Previous experience, min. 3 years.
• Competency in understanding the complexity of markets, products, relationships, and the medical and pharmaceutical industry;
• Negotiation skills and building long-term relationships with clients;
• Positive thinking, self-discipline, effective time management, enthusiasm, desire to learn and develop;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Adaptability and flexibility;
• English language- advanced;
• Computer literacy – MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Valid driver’s license, category B
