Legal advisor

Key responsibilities:

• Provides opinions and advices on legal issues; Participates in the preparation, negotiations and implementation of all types of company documents;
• Prepares and coordinates drafts for the conclusion of contracts, agreements, annexes and any other legal documents;
• Participates in the preparation and development of rules, procedures and document templates;
• Organizes the protection of the employer’s interests;
• Coordinates the activity of substantiating the legality of the actions taken by the employer before control and audit bodies;
• Monitors and observes compliance with current legislation;
• Consults and provides assistance on legal issues;
• Coordinates the activity with external law firms and consultants in Bulgaria, Romania, Albania and Macedonia;
• Explains the application of regulatory acts upon request by the relevant employees;
• Prepares and monitors the implementation of the budget in the Legal Department.

Qualifications required:

• Higher education in Law;
• Acquired legal capacity;
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience;
• Excellent level of legal and business English;
• Skills for meeting deadlines and working in a dynamic work environment;
• Adaptability, proactivity and result orientation;
• Teamwork and independent problem-solving skills.
