Head of Business Development, SEE

Location: Bulgaria, Sofia

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential international partners – manufacturers and brands seeking distribution in the SEE region.
  • Establish initial contact and present Sidaya Pharma’s distribution capabilities.
  • Analyze existing players on our markets who are looking for more effective and sustainable distribution partnerships.
  • Participate directly in negotiations together with the company’s board.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities across Southeast Europe.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or distribution within the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
  • Excellent command of English; a second language is an advantage.
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills at senior level.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Higher education
