Our business is concentrated in five main categories – diagnostic tests “Sure Check”, diagnostic devices “Sendo”, respiratory care “Zano”, nutritional supplements and medicines, in which we are represented by leading world brands such as Selenogin, Fenaxon, Stamatin, Stadyxin, Neovista, Favio Forte, B-protect, Sarita and other products.
We operate in Bulgaria, Romania, Albania, and North Macedonia. Our extensive network covers over 14,000 pharmacies, retailers, and e-commerce partners.

Key Responsibilities for the CEO role:
- Bears overall responsibility for adherence to the Group’s direction, spirit, strategy, and results.
- Leads and manages the Group management team and ensures strong integration across the Group’s teams.
- Translates and implements Board decisions throughout the organization.
- Acts as the primary liaison between the board of directors and operations, while also communicating with shareholders and the public.
- Safeguards team autonomy within a framework of clear rules, accountability, and transparency.
- Ensures the preservation and application of the Group’s culture and values.
- Responsible for the execution of all administrative activities across the Group, personally and through the management team.
- Encourages the use of technology, digital solutions, and AI as practical tools for better decision-making, higher efficiency, and sustainable competitive advantage.
- Manages day-to-day operations and ensures profitability.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in a senior executive leadership role, preferably in pharmaceuticals, distribution, FMCG, or another regulated environment.
- Ability to manage a complex organization within a clearly defined governance framework.
- Strategic mindset combined with strong operational leadership.
- Natural interest and sound judgment in the use of technology, data, and AI in management and decision-making.
- Personal authority, consistency, and mature leadership behaviour.
Core Skills and Competencies:
- University master’s degree.
- Minimum of 10 years leadership experience.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Strategic Thinking & Leadership: Ability to develop and implement long-term strategies, set the organization’s vision, and lead teams through change.
- Financial & Operational Acumen: Proficient in financial management, budgeting, and analyzing profit and loss statements to drive profitability.
- Communication & Public Speaking: Expert communication skills for representing the company to investors, the board, the media, and employees.
- Decision-Making & Problem-Solving: High-level judgment and crisis management skills.
- Resilience: Ability to stay calm and focused under intense pressure.
