Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

We are looking for a Chief Commercial Markets Officer (CCMO) to own and drive the Group’s commercial markets strategy and to ensure the successful delivery of agreed annual targets with our manufacturing partners.

What you will do:

• Own and lead the commercial strategy across all markets.
• Define the annual commercial vision and market priorities.
• Build and align annual activity plans with commercial and medical teams
• Participate in strategic negotiations with manufacturers together with the Group Director and Medical Director.
• Ensure execution and delivery of agreed annual targets.

What you bring:

• 10+ years of strategic leadership in Pharma/FMCG.
• Mastery of “Influence without Authority”.
• Ability to turn dry data into market vision.
• Strong leadership and negotiation experience.
• Excellent English
