App Support Specialist & Product Tester
Location: Bulgaria, Sofia
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor MS Teams group chats with mobile application users and collect feedback, bug reports, and suggestions for improvements.
- Perform initial issue analysis and troubleshooting, provide solutions where possible, or escalate cases to the development team.
- Act as a communication bridge between users and developers, ensuring information is delivered in a clear and structured manner.
- Conduct video calls with users to analyze issues and assist with bug resolution.
- Onboard and train new users on how to work with the mobile application.
- Provide technical support and assistance with user questions and challenges.
- Test pre-release and test versions of the application and document identified issues.
- Inform users about new features and application updates.
- Prepare short guides and training materials for new functionalities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field. Alternatively, relevant professional certifications or training in IT support, QA, or mobile applications are a plus.
- 1-3 years previous experience in technical support, customer support, or QA/testing of software or mobile applications.
- Good command of the English language (written and spoken).
- Strong computer literacy and the ability to quickly adapt to new applications and technologies.
- Basic understanding of programming concepts and software architecture (no coding required, but the ability to distinguish between backend issues such as “API not returning a response” and frontend issues like “a button not responding”).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Ability to test mobile applications and document identified issues.
- Proficient with MS Office, Google Workspace, and other standard IT tools.

- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
- Active listening and empathy when supporting users.
Organizational & Analytical Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail in documenting issues and creating guides.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
